I'm sorry if I was not clear enough. Re-reading it, I can see that it was confusing!
For the step workouts, it is clear that a step will be needed but how about the others workouts? For example, for the HIIT and Circuits workouts, what equipement will you use? the step, high step, no equipement, etc.? And what about the MMA? You talked about a heavy bag but can it be done by exercisers who don't have that equipement? Also, will ou use equipement other that the heavy bag for MMA?
