Equipment need for STS?

I've just preordered the STS and am not sure which equipment I may need to purchase? I have a barbell, hand weights, the step, and I have a bowflex. Do I need the high step, or would I benefit from purchasing the new slanted risers? I want to make sure that I have everything that i will need. Thanks
 
There is a basic list of a few things somewhere, on the front page of Cathe.com click "pre-order STS" and scroll down and read the description, in there Cathe will descripe a few pieces of equipment that you will need. But Cathe has also mentioned she will have premixes for those of us that do not have the equipment.

At bare minumim she did suggest that we have a squat rack, which I think start at about $130.00 and go up from there. I also recall a pull up bar too. I went ahead and purchased a cushion for my bar, like Cathe has in the Slow & Heavy (Legs & Shoulders) workout. I am thinking that was a GREAT investment at $12.99 in preparation of STS.

From what I've read, Cathe is gearing the lower body program for people WITHOUT squat racks, (given that they are a big ticket item) but she will include some routines that incorporate a squat rack for those that have them. thanks for both replies. I may not need to buy any more. My bow flex is the ultimate version and I have a squat and lunge attatchment. It works really well. I can't wait for these DVD's now. I am really exited about them. I am currently doing 5 days per week of cardio and about 3 of those days I do strenghth training too. I really need to get into the habit of more strength and less cardio. I think I am addicted to the cardio. I will probably do the three days of STS and then do two days of cardio for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of ab work.
