endurance/strength rotations ?

Is it better to do different endurance rotations back to back or to alternate with strength? I've got MIS, PH, PS, S & H, CTX and my plan was setting up a 6 month plan using all of these....it looks like this:

Week 1-6 Ph 3x a week
Week 7-9 S & H
Week 10-16 MIS 3x week
Week 17-19 CTX series as is
Week 20-26 PS series

Also cardio will be added to these rotations. For the most part the rotations are endurance/strength/strength/endurance/strength.

For me personally, I do back to back to back Strength, then back to back to back Endurance. I like starting a PS rotation after doing endurance workouts for about 12 weeks because I start the rotation at a lower weight load and by the time the 8 weeks are up, I am matching Cathe's weight selections and feeling strong! I do the following (I too have cardio in all of these rotations):
Weeks 1-3: MIS 2x's a week
Weeks 4-12: PS each 1x a week and MIS or PH 1x later in the week
Weeks 13-16: S&H 1x per week
Weeks 17-19: PH 3x's per week
Weeks 20-22: BodyMax 2x's (1 x all at once, 1x split over 2 days)
Weeks 23-26: CTX (doing each upperbody part 2x's a week & LL 1x)
Then I start the whole sucker over. I might try the endurance/strength/endurance/strength next time, this is just how I have done it in the past. Have fun!
