Endurance Rotation after S & H Series???

Hi Cathe-
I just finished a 4 week rotation using Slow and Heavy and MIS. ( I would do each of these tapes once a week as well as cardio in a six day rotation.) It worked well and I am happy with the results.
Now, I would like to maintain the muscle gains I made over the last month but change up the program so that it is more endurance oriented. My goal is to lean out and help those cuts "pop."
I am thinking of this rotation.. Can you tell me if you think it is appropriate for my goals? And, for how long should I do this rotation? I have been using all of your tapes for years and consider myself an advanced exerciser

Mon Body Max
Tues: Run
Wed Circuit Max
Thurs Cardio Kicks or Run
Friday Power Hour Plus 30 min of cardio from the CTX series
Sat. one of your advanced step tapes
Sun: Rest! ( will probably need it)

I am not Cathe, but I did a similar rotation after a S&H rotation and loved it. I think it's a great combo. Just and FYI, I did 8 weeks of PS, then 3 weeks of S&H then 4 weeks of:
Sat. Body Max
Sun. Cardio Kicks or Step Jam
Mon. Power Hour
Tue. MIC or other cardio (if I was tired)
Wed. Power Hour
Thu. Step Works
Fri. Rest
Then I did CTX for 4 weeks. I saw cuts after the endurance weeks were up, and I was able to lift heavier with CTX than ever before because of PS and S&H. Have fun!

Thanks for the advice. It looks like I am following almost the same pattern you are.. Hopefully it will go work as well for me as it did for you.

I just had a question for you about your rotation because I think it's something I can do. Please forgive if the questions are stupid, I'm trying to get educated about rotations in general.

You did 8 weeks of PS and nothing else for those 8 weeks? Does that mean you did one tape every day for six days, with a rest day, for eight weeks or did you alternate the PS tapes with cardio videos and other cardio exercise? Could you give me a specific example of one week from this part of your rotation?

I have the same question about the S&H tapes for your second three weeks.

The next-to-last and last four weeks of you rotation are self-explantory. I think can do that.

Did you use MIS anywhere in this rotation?
