ENDURANCE QUESTION

Cathe,

I realize that the more you exercise (cardio) the more your endurance increases. I have experienced this myself. I can endure a much longer session. However, sometimes I do not feel like I can do cardio 6 days straight. I feel good at 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, etc.

My question is: Will my endurance grow in the NUMBER OF DAYS I can perform cardio in a row? I can tell I need the rest because I feel sluggish and my legs feel heavy. Like if I had to go in there and jump around I'll "puke".

One more question. How long will the pre-sale be going on?

THANKS, Sharon

Hi Sharon! Always, Always listen to your body above all else. If it is sluggish and heavy, take a rest day. Yes, the number of days you do cardio will increase your endurance but that is only ONE way. In your case it sounds as if your body would do better with increasing endurance by going a little longer per session. Another thing that you can try is to do an interval workout once per week which will increase your overall aerobic capacity! Just a couple of suggestions. Good Luck:)!
