Thanks for asking for our suggestions. I would like endurance weight tape to be considered rather than slow and heavy, I personally would not like to build muscle but would rather sculpt and define.
A 30 minute tape for selected body parts so one can tack on an aerobic tape for a complete workout in an hour.
