I've been posting things trying to find out how people eat from this forum, and after trying to figure out the perfect diet for me, it's kind of spelled out for me.
It looks like I'm going to have to go on the endometriosis diet for health reasons. I've been going crazy thinking I'm allergic to everything but find out (even after a hysterectomy) that I need to follow this diet. You know when something is not right w/ your body, and after so much research I find out that this is the best way to eat for all my issues. It's healthy and that's great, but It's a huge change. I will have to buy organic and other expensive things that are not in our budget. I'd love to but I don't think we can afford it.
DH is going through a lot and wont be thrilled to redo our whole meal plan - I can buy some things for him but what do I cook 2 meals? He has a prob keeping weight on, and he'll just eat what I make. But it's buying the expensive groceries I'm worried about. Anyone else have this issue?
Sorry to be do discouraging. It's such a big deal...(some chicken and some fish, lots of vegies and no wheat but some sort of bread and pasta, no dairy, or chocolate and caffeine). I have to buy a cookbook, no free recipes on the web that I can find.
I know I'll loose weight, but it's a whole overhaul....
If anyone has any to share, that would be great.
sorry for venting.....Autumn
