So since the high winds knocked out power and I didn't work out --what did I do??? Hmmmm???? Shopped of course, a la fitness store where I picked up perfect pushup handles (19.99) and yep, I bit - a kettlebell. I am such a sucker! Thanks a lot my enabling friends!

Hi Lorrie! I got a kettlebell for Christmas and I like it. I was reading your thread earlier about kettlebells. I don't have a kettlebell workout, but I have been using it for tricep extentions and pull-overs. Mine is a 20lb-er. You'll probably find lots of uses for it. HAVE FUN!!!

And I have been eyeing up some perfect pushup handles...NOW WHOSE THE ENABLER?!?!?!;-)

Last night, I FORCED myself to NOT hit Play It Again Sports. I dropped my kids off at Religion class and PURPOSELY did not take my purse along so I wouldn't have any money to "just make a quick trip while I was out." LOL

Okay, here's my new strategy: If my BFF Mama D. caves and buys a kettlebell, maybe I will, too, 'cause I do most everything that Debbie does, fitness-wise. What can I say, I'm a hopeless junkie. ;-)

I'm not paying to have one shipped, though. I would have to find a source in Atlanta. (And THAT excuse feels about as solid as quicksand!!!)
