We're sorry if you have tried to contact us by email and have had no luck. Our email has been down since Saturday. Covad thinks they have the problem solved, but as of 11pm Monday we're still not back up.

Does this mean my order did not go through online? I can't seem to track it through UPS

Orders were not affected, only emails to us were not going through. Everything is working fine now.
