Because USPS is still catching up from last week’s snowstorm and truck pick-ups are limited, shipping will take a little longer than usual. We expect it to take approximately 4–7 business days to complete all presale shipments, and we truly appreciate your patience during this time.
Tomorrow, we plan to release the Elevated presale downloads in the late afternoon or early evening. Once they’re ready, we’ll post step-by-step download instructions on our website, Facebook page, and in our newsletter. If you experience any download issues, we recommend waiting a bit and trying again later, as things often smooth out once server demand decreases and files finish propagating across our cloud servers.
