bad girl
I have been a very bad girl and have fired up my credit card bigtime this past month! I haven't done this dvd yet, I just purchased it or do I know what the software consists of yet other than what the website said, for 50 % off I couldn't resist the good deals
I also just purchased the bodywedge21 for when I travel to train clients in their home, you can check it out at
www.bodywedge21.com The BodyWedge21 is $119.00 and it comes with an instructional video as well as the Power Sculpt video .You can purchase the additional videos /DVD's that consist of Kick It (interval kick boxing strength training) Bottom Line ( Abs & Butt) or the advanced Balance Training combination strength and cored exercises. These sell for $19.95 each or all three for $29.95. I got all 3(of course

It will be airing on informercials in 2 weeks, you can check the website for it's airing in your area! I emailed the producer directly and asked if I could purchase it now w/ the 3 videos, which aren't on the website yet but will be shortly and it was no problem, he was happy too!
My other splurge was for Wendilee's whole collection, www.body-b-fit.com(I'm copying an email sent to me on the breakdowns)

All of the DVDs are new (as in there is no compilation stuff)
Here is a brief run down of the workouts
Body Blaster Boot Camp - we have pulled this one and it is only available to trainers - this was the first workout and it is an awesome instructional DVD - it is an actual bootcamp workout from one of my outdoor camps that I recreated for the video - the production quality is not good though and most people just could not get past that unless they were instructors, we are going to reshoot it at some point -
90 minutes - uses the bar exclusively
Cardio intervals
Lunges
Squats
Pushups
Deadlifts, etc.
5 sections - stretching & warm up 10 minutes
standing series - squats, lots and lots of squats - triceps etc. 20 min
floor work - pushups, presses, awesome side lying leg lifts w bar on leg etc 20 min
standing series - lunges - front/side/back - bicep curls/hammers/deadlifts etc 20 min
Abs - great ab section 15 minutes
Cool down - 5 minutes
Bare Bellies - production quality is okay - but not great - shot at studio
35 minutes
Lower Back work - 5 minutes
Obliques - 5 minutes
Bare Bellies - 20 minutes
the best on this is dead bugs - my absolute fav. abdominal exercise
planks, etc.
Cool Down - 5 minutes
Bars, Balls, & Bands - went to digital on this one - prod. quality is 100% improved - amazing difference actually - shot in my studio and at 2 different parks
2 DVD set
4 20 minute sections plus 5 min. warm up and 5 min cool down
Medicine ball, stability ball, bands, and fitness bar
Upper Body - 20 minutes
I have not meet anyone yet that can complete the upper body section yet - 6 different types of pushups on and off the balls - etc. - fun!
chest presses on the ball - etc.
Lower Body - 20 minutes - some really fun hard stuff - the best exercise in here I think is the ball toss up for the inner thighs
Cardio 20 minutes - great stuff - seems simply but gets your heart rate up and kicks your rear - ex. - sit on the stability ball and bounce
around in a circle
Abs & Back - 20 minutes - I am told of the first 3 releases - this is the best section - I love ab work with the ball!!!!
Cool Down - 5 minutes - really neat stretches with the stability ball
Boost Your Butt - 31 minutes - uses the fitness bar - shot at a beautiful park - production quality is increased again - with this one I really feel we are now at commercial quality ( the 1st 2 took some hits because of production quality- BUT we have done this all on our own - no borrowing money - improvements were made as people bought videos and we could afford it - I have always wanted to do this, and one day - I will be very, very successful at it and people will laugh about how awful the prod. quality was on the first two - remember that first video where . . .. but I was upfront about the production quality, that is why they were so inexpensive - all the profit from each tape went right back into making the next one better so my customers have helped support the improvement - most of them have been great about it and our VERY supportive - I have about 40 people who have prepurchased all 21 DVDs through Dec. 22nd - which is awesome - we got to shoot the Yoga Pilates blend on the beach etc. - I think hubby says that by next month I will actual make $1.00 that doesn't go right back into production - I am so excited! not too shabby!!!)
WUp - 3 minutes
Boost Your Butt - 20 minutes - 2 sections - floor work and standing series - some really neat yoga inspired balancing moves that really
work the glutes
lots of new, to most people, variations on traditional type moves -
Abs - some different stuff from the first 3 - I have tried not to duplicate too much - you are always going to have some similarities - bicep
curls etc. - but I keep it to a minimum
Cool - Down 3 minutes
Back-2-Basics - 70 minutes -shoot on a private campsite with a beautiful beautiful lake - production quality went up another notch as the 3rd digital camera was brought in on this one and (yeah) finally, the cordless mike!!!
fitness bar - weights - step - bands
100 repetition count workout - this is so cool
Warmup
2 20 minute sections - 100 reps of one exercise per body in each section - can be done sep. for a shorter workout or both together for a completely fatiguing workout -
I really like 100 rep workouts for plateau busting - not an everyday thing - that would get insanely boring - but it certainly breaks you out of any ruts
ABS - 20 minutes - 100 reps for 8 different ab/oblique/ lower back stuff -
Yoga-Pilates Blend 60 minutes - shot on the beach - truly beautiful - production quality is just awesome
Did 2 sections complete
1 - invigoration - am -
2 -relaxation - pm -
uses the stability ball and a mat -
total body workout but very focused, very controlled, very slow - all about the form (as all pilates stuff is) alot of the stuff in here I, I dont want to say made up, but adapted would be a better word, when I created a Yoga on the Ball class I taught for a local studio -
The ball has so much untapped potential - especially for pre and post natal moms and people with special needs - but, as you probably know, what an awesome core workout anything on the ball is!!!!
Faith-n-Fitness this is my thank you video - not to get sappy - and we all have different beliefs, but I believe that God brought us to this point and this was my - " he is awesome" thank you video acknowledging that -

)
60 minutes
low key - lots of floor work, stretching - but I would still rate in intermediate to advanced
lots of compound exercises - plie squats with bicep curls - lunge with rear leg raise as you come up - pushup/jumping/jack to crunch combo - one of my favorites - start with 50of each - rapid succession - then 25 of each, then 15, then 10, then 5, then 3 sets of 1 - it is truly terrible (which means I love it!)
very spiritual warm up and cool down
Bare Arms - Bare Legs - 31 minutes each DVD
Pyramid structure -
weights only on this one
each one has a warm up - 3 minutes - 5 minutes abs - 3 minutes cool down
20 minutes main part -
these are slow count - low rep - full pyramid
arms works pecs, delts, triceps, biceps, upper back etc
legs works quads, hamstrings, calves, inner outer thighs - glutes by extension -
Kick It! Kickboxing - 60 minutes
This has not been shot yet - one of my clients is a certifed kickboxing instructor - teaches at the college -- competes etc.- and is awesome
she is teaching this for me - the outline is awesome - this is true kickboxing - people will need a bag for it - (I wish we could do a
speedbag video but that is probably too specialized - I LOVE my speed bag!) VERY INTENSE - part of why we haven't shot this yet is
we are waiting for my dr. to give the okay - she was worried about the intensity level and my c-section incision - too much information I
know

)
Extreme Challenge - 2 DVD set - 90 minutes
I LOVE THIS ONE - I love all of them - but this one is particularly cool - probably because by this point I was totally at ease with what
we were doing - these were all shot in a short period of time - over 3 months about - this one was just finished actually - outside again -
I love to be outside - and well, it's Texas- we get pretty weather (I enjoy the 105 degree heat - I really do

) from about March to November
so, why not be outside - ?
Warm up 5min - cool down 10 min- abs 15 minutes- the abs are tough, tough, tough - lots of yoga type pilates stuff boat pose with the bar
for a minute, plank with bar along spine, dead bugs, 100 count crunches with 5 different arm positions etc.
Disk one - chaptered by body part - weights are used mostly - some fitness bar stuff - completely take each muscle group to fatigue this
is def. an advanced - advanced DVD
Disk two - is the Cardio Interval Challenge - 2 minutes body resistance move - like side-step squats traveling - then 30 second plyo
squats - then 60 seconds - squat jumping jacks then 30 seconds back to body resistance move - 15 second pause - next cycle -
New Year New You - 7 DVDs - 6 are 60 minutes 1 is 30 minutes
These are about to be shot - they will be chaptered where you get 5 min. warm up/ cool down - the first 4 will have 5 minutes of abs on them - day five wont though because it is all abs - there will be 3 sections per disk - start with slow and heaviest weight you can do for 8 reps - 2 exercises per body part - then high rep low, low weight 2 exercises per body part - then pyramid lowest up to highest and back down 1 exercise each body part (but different exercises then the pyramid one above!) I am thrilled with these!!
Disc 7 - which I just realized is not on the website -will be a cardio DVD -
Five (5) - 60 minute DVDs -
One for each of your 5 exercise days Triceps, Biceps, and Calves Glutes, Delts and Pecs Quads, and Hamstrings Inner - Outer Thighs and Upper Back Core Muscles - Abs, Obliques, and Lower Back*Each day includes 5 minute warm-up, 5 minute cool-down and 10 minutes of Ab work except the Core Muscle day which has 50 minutes of abs. ALL OF THE 60 MINUTE DAYS INCLUDE CARDIO INTERVALS! One (1) - 30 minute DVD - For Day 6 Total Body Stretching
- After Baby...
2 DVD set - 90 minutes - all floor work - lots of talking, modifications, diet, etc - my baby is my weight for most of the video - I love this one - probably because of the cool down with baby section -that both of my daughters are in - has a baby massage etc. - talk about distasis etc. (I always spell that wrong - sorry!) Good balanced postpartum workout - I also have clients that are beginner's that use it as well - -
plans for next year -
