Darn!!!

I purchased a pair of Lucky jeans from a seller on ebay, did buy it now and paid immediately. They responded immediately when I asked about measurements. Feedback of over 1400 and over 99% --- since I paid for them, I have been asking about when they would ship and they did not respond. Gone was the quick response. Only just now when I went to my won items they are no NO LONGER REGISTERED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid through paypal and so I opened a dispute. They have so much time to answer, if they don't paypal will. I have received their phone #, should I call them even though I've emailed them?

So bummed......
 
Sorry this happened to you. Although I haven't had a similar experience with EBay, I would say...yes, definitely call. The odds may be slim that you'll get anyone, but it's worth a try. Good luck! Let us know how you make out.
 
This happened to me once...I know it makes ya mad}(
I filed a claim through paypal and they tried to get my money back but I only got back $4.50 out of a $35.00 purchase.
I haven't really bought much from ebay since then.
If neither of these work I would definately do what Anne said and file through the card co.
And it wouldn't hurt to Call (it might actually scare them into shipping your item anyway)
 
Thanks all, well I did get one message yesterday saying, "this item will ship today" so we will see what happens.... I asked about tracking # and method of shipment. I will keep you posted.
