I hope you guys don't mind that I started a new thread.

B: Trailmix bar & coffee
exercise for 90 min
L: leftover asparagus soup, white fish with some unidentified Chinese vegetables (another leftover) and bluberries
S: will be BB shake w/fruit -- hopefully
D: fresh green pea soup w/chicken breast
S: maybe an orange and fat free cottage cheese

Next....
 
How does everyone feel about doing a new thread each day but also list the date in the thread title such as

Eating Healthy 9/14/04
Eating Healthy 9/15/04

etc. This way the thread won't be a mile long and we will know which day goes with what.

I'm marketing at Costco today, thank goodness I'm not on the floor, too many free samples.

Lunch - 1/2 orange, too leatherey - blechhhh
whole wheat bagel - plain
1 fresh fig

I got called to sub a class tonight so it's early supper,

Supper - Roasted pork tenderloin
Jasmine rice
veggie, Cauliflower I think

I haven't eaten right today, too much shifting gears from here to there! I haven't had much when I add it all up and I need more protein so I see some Peanut butter and crackers fitting in there somewhere!!

Ok, I'm back

But it's only morning down here....

Today so far,

Cardio and Weights
Bowl of mixed grain cereal
Slice of fruit toast (go the carbs)

Later...tuna and salad sandwich and piece of fruit
Dinner tonight is moroccan style spiced meatballs, in tomato puree, mashed potato and steamed greens :)

Nice to see all the healthy eaters back again.
