Just a quick question. I've been trying to cut weight after baby and I keep reading about the prescribed 6 egg whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal for breakfast. My question is....how do you eat the egg whites. I'm not worried about the salmonella scare as we have our own free range chicks that are very healthy, but do you make them in a shake? I am not at the point where I can stomach drinking them raw. Anyone have any ideas as to how to make them into a shake without adding carbs or too many cals and still taste half way decent? Or do you cook them? I'm not too big on cooked eggs, I'd probably rather hide them in a shake. Thanks!!
