I will be going on a trip to take my son to a soccer tournament. I workout 6 times a week. We would be leaving on a Friday afternoon meaning It wuold be hard for me to workout on Saturday or Monday when we plan on returning back home. I don't want to feel stressed out becuae I dind't workout. Any recomendations? I was thinking I would eat super clean all week and of course the days that I was on my trip. I workout from home, so going to the jym at the hotel would probably not be an option for me. Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
