Can anybody recommend books and information abou clean eating??? During most of the holidays I have been wondering whether certain foods qualify as "clean". For instance can I haave cofee and splenda???
I have read the Tosca Reno book but wonder if anybody has more specific sources like articleas, blogs, sites, etc. Any suggestions will be welcomed!
Also I wanted to ask the more experienced. What happens when you train hard (cardio plus heavy weights) but eat too many calories or too many refined carbs. Is it actually worst to be training? Does the body absorb more because of the excercise? I guess that what I'm trying to ask is what should my wrkout look like when I'm not being very consistent on the diaet depertment. should I focus on cardio only?????
