Hi everybody!! Put me on the list as another sick one. Something is definately going around! I've been doing a new rotation for me for the past 2 weeks and I really like it!! I know I've only got 2 more weeks on it so I should enjoy it while it lasts! Ok here's my week:
MON: Chest and back, taught body pump and yoga
TUES: Kickbox and rode bike 30min each
WED: Legs and Shoulders, yoga
Thurs: SNI and rode bike 30min each
FRI: Bi's and Tri's, yoga
SAT: Rode bike 1hr
SUN: Legs and shoulders (light) yoga
Speaking of which, it's time to go do some right now!!
