Early check-in 2-9-02

Hi everybody!! Put me on the list as another sick one. Something is definately going around! I've been doing a new rotation for me for the past 2 weeks and I really like it!! I know I've only got 2 more weeks on it so I should enjoy it while it lasts:)! Ok here's my week:

MON: Chest and back, taught body pump and yoga

TUES: Kickbox and rode bike 30min each

WED: Legs and Shoulders, yoga

Thurs: SNI and rode bike 30min each

FRI: Bi's and Tri's, yoga

SAT: Rode bike 1hr

SUN: Legs and shoulders (light) yoga

Speaking of which, it's time to go do some right now:)!!

I hope this is better late than not at all. Somehow time just flys away on me.

For those of you with sore backs, please be careful. I've seen what a bad back can do.

I was hoping to have some morning workouts to report, maybe when the sun starts rising early. It's just too hard to get up when its still dark. To make up for it, I've started walking at lunch time.

This is what my week looked like:

Monday: Body Max stepping portion and Circuit Max

Tuesday: a big 10 minutes using the Ab Gym

Wednesday: 1st 20 min noon hr walk, took a FolkArt class in the evening which pretty much exercised my brain but not the body.

Thursday: 2nd 20 min noon hr walk, MIS & Body Max Intervals only

Friday: MIC

Saturday: Rest day

Sunday: MIS & walk/run intervals 20 minutes

The weather here is starting to warm up and I feel like I might get a bit of spring fever. Can hardly wait to get outside to start biking again!
