Dyna Bands

What are the length of your Dyna Bands? I ordered them and they were too short to use in your DVDs.

Hi,
I don't mean to interrupt, but I use the six inch dynabands and I am six feet tall (they are long enough for me) and they seem to be the same length as the ones used in the video. I ordered mine from Collage.

I think she mean 6 FOOT. I'm 5'10 and have a 6 foot Dynaband and have no issues other than the fact that they give me a killer burn. }(

There are different resistances with the Dyna bands - some are more resistant than others. It could be that you got one that is too resistant for you with these exercises.
