I also live in Canada and have not received them. Where abouts in Canada do you live? I live in Toronto, Ontario. Hopefully soon.
 
I JUST got mine this morning, so you should hopefully get yours soon. I'm in Oakville. Well, my office is, and I had them delivered here.
