I did Xtrain supercuts for the 2nd time today and loved it. Would like to do more of this type of workout and trying to think of a few of Cathe's dvd's that are similiar... so far, I'm thinking afterburn and Crossfire.
also, i want to do some workouts that will tone my arms (less weight and more reps?) any ideas for me?

If you meen upper and lower at the same time the only ones of cath is Circuitmax and Cardio&Weights.I dont think she has any light weight high rep.Rushfit is the only series I have that is like that.I only use 8, 10, and 12 pds.It is a major sweatfest!

Supercuts is considered to be a metabolic conditioning workout. Some of the other workouts that Cathe has made that specifically aim for this are AfterBurn and Cardio Supersets

The benefit of workouts like those are that you continue to burn calories for some time after the workout is finished which is referred to as the after burn effect. It's much more than interval training -- it's finding the right balance between rests, exercise movements, and weights that cause this effect. Here is a great article on it:

I think most similar to Supercuts would be Athletic Training, Cross Fire, To the Max, and Afterburn. A few good non-Cathe ones I find similar are Bob Harper's Pure Burn Super Strength, Toby Massenburg's Chiseled, and Jillian's No More Trouble Zones.

For good high rep arm work, I'd recommend, namely, High Reps, CTX Upper Body, and Muscle Endurance. Non Cathe would be the arm sections of Jari Love's Get Ripped Slim and Lean (it's chaptered well), and Tracy Effinger's Squeeze Stronger.
