I have a couple of questions...When you buy the new DVD's do you just print off the chaptering section for each dvd and put it in the front cover of the dvd case or how do you do it?

I just got my DVD player and was wondering if it is possible for them to have tiny scratches on them but for it not to affect the playing of it?

When you order tapes/dvd's from Cathe.com and need to return them when the package hasn't been opened does UPS return for free or do you have to pay to ship back?

We do list chaptering for most of our DVDs on website. Scratches usually will not affect a DVD. And if you return an order you must pay the shipping. We only accept retuens on unopened DVDs that have been purchased in the last 21 days.
