DVD Question

I don't know much about DVD's. I've read the decription of the Body Blast DVD's and they sound exciting but I really don't know what it all means. My question is whether you need a particular type of player to take advantage of the advanced features you are offering in this series, or will a standard bargain player allow you to access all the features? TIA

Any standard player will work, but if you want to auto-program you will need a player that offers this feature. The workout blender will work on any player.
