i watch you show everyday and would like to know if the cardio blast pyramid lower body,lower body workout is available on dvd or video or any of the ones you offer thanks.
It comes on both. Check under the dvd and vhs links above. The workout comes paired with Pyramid Upper Body on the dvd version, which is a wonderful upper body workout.
