This is not a request for a certain type of workout, so I'm not putting it in the suggestions areas, but rather a suggestion about the formatting and options for the DVD's. The Intensity series DVD's have certainly raised the bar in terms of exercise DVD's. The premixes are fabulous ! (I love to to Boot Camp "all but core" followed by "core only," which keeps me from feeling a bit odd when going from standing to floor work, but also intesifies the cardio, the lower body and upper body weight work AND the ab work! As if this workout NEEDED more intensity!).
One suggestion I have for the next batch of DVD's is to have a "no music" option, which I have seen on some other workout DVD's. This would work better for weight work, as it's easier to "go against the rythm" of whatever music one chooses when lifting weights than with cardio (in fact, this is probably not a good idea for any cardio workouts, for which a better idea would be to have two music tracks available ). Including the option of letting us lift to our own music would increase the longevity of these workouts as well.
Just a thought!
