DVD & diet suggestions

Being 52 and reasonably fit (5'3 & 106 lbs.), I'm looking for 5-day a
week routine that will allow me to build primarily muscle. My BFI is
fairly low, so cardio is not as required as is muscle/ab work...INTENSE
muscle/ab work. I don't care for kickboxing, however I love circuit and
'shocking' the body via varied routines. Can you recommend a series for
me? Thanx! I prefer her more current DVD's.

Is there anywhere on Cathe's website where she discusses her own diet
and correct dietary approaches?
