DVD chapter listings

Can someone please tell me where you get the listing of all the chapters for a particular DVD? When I looked up the
DVD Kick Punch and Crunch and Leg's & Glutes, the chapeter listings below the descriptions do not seem to be for those workouts, but for some other step workout... where should I be looking? I want to buy this DVD but would like to see the descriptions of the chapters first. Thanks for your help!

Don't forget SNM use to give the chapter# and title# but now they don't so you have to look on your dvd to see what #. HTH
