DVD Abbreviations

I am not sure what all the abbreviations mean in the rotations. If someone could post a translation sheet I would greatly appreciate it. I am also not sure what Imax 1 is. I have Imax 2 and 3, but not 1. Thanks in advance to anyone that might be able to help me.

Sorry, I still did not see the abbreviations for the workouts when I looked at the post. All I saw were the ratings for the DVDs. Maybe I am missing something. Thanks for the help about Imax 1.

BC - Bootcamp
BM - Body Max
C&W - Cardio & Weights
CTX - Cross Train Xpress
GS - Gym Style Workouts
HSC - High Step Challenge
HSTA - High Step Training Advanced
KM - Kick Max
KPC - Kick, Punch & Crunch
ME - Muscle Endurance
MIC - Maximum Intensity Cardio
MIS - Maximum Intensity Strength
MM - Muscle Max
PH - Power Hour
PLB - Pyramid Lower Body
PP - Push Pull
PS - Pure Strength
PUB - Pyramid Upper Body
SB - Step Blast
SJP - Step, Jump & Pump
SS - Supersets
S&H - Slow&Heavy

This list is not all inclusive, I see now. Hope it will help you anyway. It is quite a ways down on that link I posted.
