I enjoy cardio workouts that use light dumbells to increase expenditure. However, I am wondering if those light weights interfere with muscle recovery. Is it OK to use cardio weights after a heavy strength day?
 
Hi Katerchen! As long as you don't have DOMS and the weight workout is something like Crossfire or Athletic Training, where very minimal weight work is involved to support the cardio challenge, it's ok.
