Cathe, I pulled out my Slow and Heavy DVD this week and did chest and back today. On the flies, you instructed us to keep the ends of the dumbbells facing each oher, rather than having the palms face each other. Does this grip just change the muscles involved, or is there more to it - like it protects the shoulders better than the facing-palms position, etc.
I forgot how much I enjoyed this DVD, and what fun to see how much better I did with weight choices this time having just finished STS! Thank you!
