I will be doing the wall squats with my back against the wall instead of my back against the ball until I'm strong enough to have my back against the ball with good form. Also, for the Dive Bomber push ups, I will be on my knees. I practiced today on my knees and right now, I'm not strong enough to put the weight in my arms (needed for good form on this). I can do them on my knees and really feel it in my arms and work on my form so I can build up to doing them on my toes! I thought I was so strong but this stuff is different!!! I LOVE a new challenge!
