Drill Max vs Boot camp

I know this questions has probally already been addressed. I did a search and didn't come up with anything, so I am going to ask.

I own Drill Max and love it. I was thinking about ordering Boot Camp. Does anyone own both, and what are the differences? Which one do you prefer? Alicia

Alicia,
I think they are 2 diff. kinds of circuits. DM is functional fitness, working your entire body with cardio and weights ("the cardio never lets up"). BC is cardio, lower body, upper body and abs. Each is a great workout and there are many times I use BC cardio as an add on. DM is my favorite circuit, but I would still get BC, its a great workout. (It also doesn't have any step cardio which is good for a change) Hope this helped....

I agree with Deanie. They are both different kinds of circuits. Boot Camp was my first Cathe workout and I love it!! It moves very fast as you do 8 circuits - 1 minute each of cardio, lower body, upper body and abs. DM is great as functional fitness. The premixes are also very good. Sometimes when I just want the cardio, I'll do the DM cardio premixes. I would definitely recommend adding Boot Camp to your collection.

I have both, and I love both. Although I use both for their cardio options rather than as stand-alone workouts as they were originally produced, I think they are both great parts of your workout collection. The cardio blasts and resistance circuits in Boot Camp are shorter (about one minute each), and I totally swear by the cardio-only premix on BC. In fact, I often like to do the cardio from both DM and BC bunched up into one workout. Plus, Boot Camp has more targeted core work than DM does.

I agree with the others that they are quite different. Bootcamp uses a high step and heavier weights than Drill Max does. I find Bootcamp "harder" and Drill Max more "unique". The bonus is with Bootcamp, you also get Muscle Endurance, and the bonus premix of the two. Totally worth it!!

Well, they are similar in that they alternate cardio and weights, but they are very different in terms of the moves they use in the cardio blasts. Drill Max seems to be to be a bit more athletic type cardio. I'm not sure how to explain the difference, but I will tell you that I find DrillMax to be a lot tougher than Bootcamp. Hope that helps.
