Drill Max kicked my butt!!!

WOW - I just did this for the first time and I think it's my new favorite w/o! (Sh, don't tell my KPC!) I was a little worried about the time frame, but it flew by pretty fast. The only thing is that I'm not really into step, so I just made up my own kickbox routine during the step cardio cycle. The heart rate stays right up there - gotta love it!

One question - near the end when you do the lunges with the stability ball and then turn back to the side, where am I supposed to feel it? Is it a core move or a leg move? Just wondering . . . .
 
I have never done Drill Max but GOOD FOR YOU!!

I think that might be my next purchase -- I bet I would love it!
 
I love Drill Max too. I would say the move is both...the lunge is a LB move and the turning of the stabilty ball would be oblique/core work. Also, you get balance work going on. Sooo, triple bonus! Have FUN!

I was VERY afraid to try this workout the first time - but boy I was glad I did. I love it - it is tough in all the right ways and you really feel accomplished when you are done.

It's an awesome, kick butt kind of workout and burns a TON of calories. It's my favourite form of post indulgence penance}(

DM is the best. I think the time goes by so fast! When I need an over all butt kicker this is always the go to one. I am glad you love it too!
 
The Ultra Cardio Mix is a weekly staple for me. It's SO much fun. Someone once posted that they didn't like Drill Max because they felt it was too much like a PE class (I don't agree...PE was never that much fun). After I read that, I was thinking a good slogan could be "This ain't your mama's PE class!"

i've owned this since the first shipment from the pre-sale, but have been afraid to introduce it, lol. did it yesterday and LOVED it. i mean, just loved it. great workout!
