Hi, I am wondering if anyone can tell me if I would be able to follow Cathes DRILL MAX workout if I downloaded it onto my mp3 player? I guess what I am asking is if the audio cues in the dvd would be sufficient without the visuals. I am particularily interested in the drill max dvd, however if there are others that would be more suited to this purpose I would be interested. (I apologize if this question has already been asked - I did do a search, but with no luck.) Thanks alot
