If you pre-ordered CrossFire or To The Max as downloads or would like to purchase them, you can download both workouts by going to Cathe Downloads| Cross Fire & To the Max Pre-Sale You will need to use your coupon code that you were sent when you pre-ordered to claim and download your videos for no charge. You will receive 6 links after ordering or claiming your pre-sale videos. This will include links to both CrossFire and To The Max as well as all of their Bonus Footage.
If you have trouble downloading you may want to wait until traffic slows down. It is always best to used a wired connection as wireless is much more problematic when downloading large files. If you have lost your coupon code you will need to contact us through our ticket system. We will do our best to get back to you as quickly as we can, but it may take a few days for us to respond because of all the increased traffic due to the pre-sale shipping of the new videos. Bothe videos may also be purchased individually.
