Downhill

Hi Cathe,
My 71/2 year old son is a very very good and fast downhill ski racer. Though I have skiied since I was 3, he is rapidly overcoming my abilities. I am hoping to strenghten and increase the endurance of the muscle groups necessary to improve my abililties. Any thoughts on areas of concentration? Particular DVD's that might be helpful. Thanks!:D
 
Not Cathe, as we say, but I always gear up for skiing with PLB and ME. Something about PLB that makes your legs feel like rocks and that they could squat all day:)
 
I just got PLB in the mail today!!! I will be doing it tomorrow. I an really going to start gearing up for a challenging ski season.:)
 
Pray for me! I previewed the video last night, I think you will have to scoop me up with a shovel and carry me out of my basement after this one:D

I swear, it's not so bad until the dreaded stability ball stuff... ugh!
