Dorsiflex Question for Clarissa

What is it mean to Dorsiflex your foot? I've never heard of this. Not sure why it would be creepy...

Wow, I haven't heard that term used in ages! The last time I recall hearing it was on a Tami Lee Webb vhs tape from ages ago! LOL

Not Clarissa here but if I recall correctly, dorsiflexion is when you flex your foot up towards your nose to stretch out your calf.

Yup, Wendy's got it, and to point your toes away is plantar flexion.
