It is one where you can really go all out. I love the first section. I find the second section takes a little time to get going, but once you put it all together, I have to rewind it and do the "put it all ttogether" section again, I love the adrenaline pump, it sends shivers through my body while I am doing it. I guess thaat is runner's/exerciser's high?!
Step works is awesome: I love the intensity blasts (the power threes and high knees all round the step) at the end of the second segment and that first segment just keeps coming!
