I just have to post to reinforce for all of us the value of crosstraining. I am an advanced exerciser who does Body Max, IM, MIS, PH, SM, etc, and runs about 10-15 miles a week. I did Cardio Kicks two days ago just for something different (I do it about once a month). All I can say is holy cow.
I am sore in my shoulders, lats, mid and lower back, arms, abs, you name it! It is hard to get dressed! I really truly did all of the drills at my maximum intensity, and it really worked. The nice thing is there was no "suffering" involved! I had fun during the drills and didn't even know how much I was working!
I will definitely do this tape more often- what a workout!
