Don't see STS order in order history

I don't know my order number. SNM took money from my account for all installments. I pulled up order history and my account does not reflect that I pre-ordered STS. My stomach is weak thinking there will be confusion and I won't get my order. Anyone else not have it show on their history account? Maybe I used a different login/password? I am so sick feeling.

Don't worry, pre-orders do not show up in any of our account history. Pre-orders were taken from a different link.
I think the only way to check for your order number is to email SNM for that information.

I have the same problem. I can't recall my order number, I live in Germany on "U.S." soil, and don't know what phone number they have listed for me (international or my Illinois # at my parent's house). I also haven't received my Cathe 2009 Calendar yet. :(
 
Thank you so much for putting me at ease. I work nights and I was not going to be able to sleep without an answer. I placed my order on Mar 14 so I am hoping I am high on the list for shipping.

Like all of you, I am so ready for this workout. Yippee!

I don't know my order number either. I am so jealous some people are getting their STS today. I am hoping I will get it by friday. I did'nt order until August.

This is about when I ordered too but I did not save any of my order info...wish there was an easy way to check on it...phone number did not come up:( Hope I am on the pre-sale list!
 
Don't lose faith!!! If you ordered it, it will show up. If it is not showing up on the UPS site, it's because it hasn't made it on the truck yet. I bet they will get all the orders out by Friday. I'm so PSYCHED!!!!! (mine phone# did not show up yet either):eek::eek:
 
I didn't see my STS order in my history either but I recieved a shipping notice today so by the 29th it is supposed to be here.
 
I had the same heart-stopping moment last night and even emailed Customer Service.

Even though I didn't get a response from CS yet, I got one better...UPS shipment Confirmation!!! (Happy Dancing in Kokomo!) It will come!

Pre-sale orders can't be viewed online. Only orders for non-presale DVDs can be viewed at www.shopcathe.com.
