is an awesome butt kicker! I did it maybe a week ago and really loved it. I think the KickMax Blast Challenge is like the icing on the cake. Just when you think you can stand upright, whamo! It gets you at the end. I think keeping your step height at 6 inches all the way is the best, b/c it is too hard to go back & forth with the IM3 / Lomax intervals and honestly I think I would die if I went higher. I think lower is better esp after IM3 intervals. Just thought maybe someone would like some feedback. Oh yeah and I love the leg conditioning drills in the last workout. It's a great DVD!
