Don't have Slow and Heavy shoulders-subsitute?

I am doing the November rotation and have come to the Slow and Heavy shoulders part and don't have that tape. Any suggestions?

Do you have the PS series?? I would probably use that. You can also do PUB up only(shoulders) and go heavy..Just my opinion though:)

side lateral raises-in S&H go up on counts 6 then down for a counts 2.
posterior delt raises-go up 6 counts then down on 2 counts.
seated overhead press-go up 6 counts then down 2 count
side lying external rotation-go up 6 counts then down 2 counts.

Cathe does 3 sets for the first 2 excerise and uses 8lbs dumbell. And for the seated overhead she only does 2 sets which I don't know why and uses 15lbs dumbell. And for the side lying external she does 2 sets on each side and uses 5lb dumbell. For all the excerise in the S&H Cathe has a slight tilt foward. HTH in case you want to try this.
