Don't have 4-day split for Aug rotation

I'm doing the Aug 08 rotation but I don't have the 4dy split. Will someone tell me what the DVD's consists of? Are all the workouts basically cardio+weights?

Each workout includes a weight section and a cardio section. Each section is approximately 30 minutes, so the total workout is an hour.
The weight work is heavy lifting.

Disc A:
Workout #1 High Intensity Step Aerobics Plus HEAVY WEIGHTS Chest/Back
Workout #2 Low Impact Step PLUS HEAVY WEIGHTS Shoulders and core

Disc B:
Workout # 3 Cardio Kickbox Plus HEAVY WEIGHTS Legs and Core
Workout # 4 Boot Camp Cardio PLUS HEAVY WEIGHTS BI's and TRI's
