I pulled out Hardcore Extreme which I have not done for over a year and was pleasantly reminded of just how intense these are.....I did the High/Low intervals and felt pretty spent by the end of it....it is HIIT, especially the Blast at the end.
That is what I love about Cathe's workouts....they do not disappoint even after they have been around for a long time.....
