I'm sorry things have been bumpy for you Beavs. This week for me is going to be tough. My husband is going away on business and not coming home unitl Saunday. So no I get to play single-working mom. He normally watches them while I carve out an hour for a workout. Now I will have to wait until they are both in bed, which means a late workout, if I don't wimp out, which is the likely outcome. I am fighting it, but I know I am going to get off track, and I am going to be stressed and missing him and that all equals eating junk (I already smell the Doritos calling me).![]()

I have some new healthy cookbooks with awesome recipes to try but alas, depression is conducive to busting out the cookbook and putting forth some effort required for making one's own food. Things will get better. It's only a matter of time.

Have you tried moving your workouts to early am before the kids get up? Maybe duct taping them into bed ?![]()
