I know you must wait at least 48 hours but my question is should you lift if you still have DOMS or wait until it completely gone? This may be a silly question but I just wanted to be sure I did it often enough but also waited long enough between training.
I do unless it's BAD DOMS. The kind that you can't brush your hair bc of sore arms or sit/stand bc of sore legs. Those types of DOMS need some stretching, light to moderate cardio and some time down from weights. If it's the type of DOMS that you can still do all of your daily and fitness routines but still feel a little stiffness or slight ache, you'll be ok. I hope this helps.
