DOM--what does it stand for?

I see it all the time, but I cannot figure it out. I am awful at those newpapers games where one has to unscramble the letters and figure out what letters stand for. Please help me---what is DOM. thanks

It's "DOMS" and it stands for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
