Doing the 6 month STS rotation

Just wanted to verify if doing the 6month rotation. You do Meso 1 1st week and then right away the second and then go on to Meso 2 the third etc. Is that correct? Thanks again Ladies

You do each week twice. Example:
Meso 1 discs 1-2-3 the first and second week then discs 4-5-6 the 3rd and 4th week and so on. It takes 8 weeks to do each Meso cycle thru.

Go to the "Check-ins & Challenges" forum and then look for a thread that starts with "6 Monthers" It will then say the day. So for today the thread title said "6 Monthers, Tuesday April 7"
