I usually skip abs completely or don't finish the segment. Recently I decided that I was going to really work on my abs since it is the only flabby area left so I bought Core Max. My question is I have done #1 and #3 and my abs don't burn during the workout and they aren't sore the next day. I have compelted the entire 20min and done all the exercises. Why don't I "feel"it? Am I doing the exercises wrong? Last night the ball felt like it was slipping on #3 segment but I was trying to do it so I could feel a burn. Any advice?
