For those who have done 2 workouts a day to lose weight... Whats the most efficient way to do them to keep the weight coming off steadly? should they be done back to back or should I do one in the morning and another at night? Would I lose quicker with 2 seperate workouts or having them togther?
Would It be better to:
1) work 2 body parts a day, (like in Gym Styles), 2) do alternating upper/body (like Pyramids), or 3) do 2 cardio workouts one day and next day full body (like Power Hour, Muscle Endurance) and the second workout cardio?
I won't be doing much else during the day... I have no kids to chase around so I'm free most the day. The workouts will be most of my activity. I feel I need to start working harder/more.. I have about 20-30 pound to lose and sometimes I won't even lose a pound a week even though I'm watching my diet/calories pretty closely. I would like to finish getting this weight off by the end of the year and hoping working out more (2x a day 5-6 days a week) will help.
