Does the origingal Interval Max dvd have premixes?!

Can anyone be so kind to tell me if the original "Interval Max" dvd has premixes?

I understand that it has great chapteting.

Nope, no premixes on that one. Easy to make your own, though, if you have a progammable dvd player. And mixing it up a bit with the other two cardio workouts on that dvd is fun.
